The digital electro polishing unit is based on electro chemistry analysis for quick and effective removal of impurities on castings such as partial frame or metal base. The device is also used to enhance the smoothness and brightness of the the castings. The didgital board enables prcise work by sustaining invariable electrolytic power. Electrolytic power and timer is set accurately with CPU on the circuit board. The current electrolytic power, set and remaining time conveniently displays on the window.
The user friendly operative device contains built-in memory chip for memorizing the previous working temperature even during the on and off power switch. each button M1 and M2 stores two frequent combinations of an electrolytic power and a set time easing operations. This unit protects the system during electric overloads thus ensuring safe and smooth operation of the device.
