Photopolymerization equipment for all composites and light–sensitive materials. The internal chamber

is the widest on the market, allowing the use of the transparent flasks for the composite moulding technique.

The full chamber in all its six sides is supplied with Multireflex special materials that ensures a total, constant, and homogeneous reflection of the light on the material also without the rotating plate.

FOTOLABPLUS is equipped with 10 UV lamps (total 90 Watt) covering the spectrum from 320 to 550 nm allowing a very fast polymerization, and with two halogen lamps (50 Watt each), (available as optional 75 Watt lamps), at 2.900K, and protection glass. The digital timer allows to set for each cycle the minutes and the seconds, and a sound signal indicates the end of the cycle. A new noiseless axial fan allows to work for long time without overheating. A filter located at the air intake protects the materials from powder (patent pending). 3 push buttons allow to switch on the full or single functions of each component

as follows: only fan/only halogen lamps/only UV, or fan+halogen+ UV / fan+halogen / fan+UV / UV+halogen. Supplied with a plexiglass plate and 3 positioning pins.
