HeraCeram ceramics are adapted to firing alloys, whose thermal expansion coefficient (WAK 25-500 ° C) is in the range of «: 13.5 – 14.9 μm / m * K. Thus, a large selection of alloys is available.
HeraCeram, thanks to the maximum firing temperature of 880 ° C, guarantees a particularly high processing safety also for bio-alloys with a high content of ztota. The firing times are extremely short due to the high initial temperature (600 ° C), high temperature rise (100 ° C / min), low firing temperature (maximum 880 ° C), identical burning process for all precious and non-precious metals as well as the omission of long-term cooling.

HeraCeram can always be burnt using the same program regardless of the alloy used!
