Composition:
Thermolymer, powder (polimethylmethacrylat) and liquid (methylmethacrylat, dimethacrylat)
USE:
We recommend hard gypsum for modeling.
– You can administer Meliodent HC prosthesis freely, with a recommended mixing ratio of 35g: 14ml (powder: liquid).
– Prepare the required liquid in the mixing bowl and spray as much dust as possible into a non-soaked dry layer.
Pour the loose powder residue, the mass with a spatula approx. Stir vigorously for 1 minute.
-Meliodent HC has a compressible consistency of approx. After 6 minutes, the processing time is approx. 20 minutes.
Depending on the ambient temperature, the processing time may increase or decrease!
–Polymerization
Place the cuvette in boiling water and cook for 20 minutes.
Thicker work should also be placed in boiling water, small flame and wait 15 minutes.
Then cook for 20 minutes. After the polymerization, the cuvettes are cooled slowly in a water bath.
Store the prosthesis in water until it reaches the mouth.
– Improving
the prosthesis Meliodent HC can repair dentures made of acrylate with Meliodent RR acrylate.
– Storage
Do not use the material after the expiration date.
The material should be stored below 25 ° C. Avoid direct sunlight.
